Traveling Field Operations Lead - Hospitality Manager

Legacy Management seeks a Field Support Manager to provide operational and leadership support to General Managers across hotel locations. This hands-on role may step into front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance duties as needed to ensure guest satisfaction and brand standards.

The position requires extensive travel (75%–95%), direct supervision of hotel staff, payroll and scheduling oversight, and collaboration with sales/marketing to support community engagement.
