Terms and Conditions

For the use of Euspert's services

Premises

  1. The Company Intraprendenza Srl (hereinafter also referred to as Manager or Operator) is the operator of the website euspert.com and its related supplements (hereinafter also referred to as the "Site") and the provider of services on the Site.
  2. The Manager issues the following General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter also referred to as "T&Cs") which govern the rights and obligations of the Manager and third parties in the provision and use of the services. The T&Cs are an integral part of any contract with the Operator and are binding.
  3. Euspert is a multilingual information platform focused on topics related to the world of work, human resources, business, and international mobility. The contents are created and managed by journalists and labor market specialists at an international level.

The platform may host job advertisements, promotional content, and links to third-party websites, including recruiting portals and companies, also within the framework of commercial agreements based on advertising and lead generation models.

The Manager does not carry out intermediation activities, recruitment and selection of personnel, or staff leasing pursuant to Legislative Decree 276/2003 and subsequent amendments. Euspert does not participate in selection processes, does not evaluate candidates, and does not intervene in the relationships between candidates and employers.

Any applications, contact requests, or interactions take place directly between users and third parties. Euspert is not responsible for content, job offers, or recruiting practices published by third parties nor for the outcome of any selection processes.

Data possibly entered by users may be transmitted to third parties (such as companies or recruiting platforms) within the scope of the services provided, including application, contact, or lead generation services. The user acknowledges that such parties will act as independent data controllers.

Euspert operates in compliance with applicable legislation and, where applicable, with provisions regarding commercial communications, personal data protection, and digital services.

  4. The following definitions for the purposes of the T&Cs and for the creation, modification, and termination of the legal relationship between the Manager and the Recruiter or the User are interpreted as follows:
    • Recruiter (hereinafter also "company"): is almost always a legal entity (usually a company, an employment center, a university, or a trade union) that uses or intends to use the services provided on the website, in particular in order to find a suitable resource or to have constant updates on the world of work. In very rare cases it may be a natural person (for example a freelancer, consultant, or sole proprietor).
    • User: is a natural person who uses the services provided in order to use the site to read and comment on informational articles, search for job opportunities, have their own profile on the platform, and receive newsletters.
    • CV Profile: is a summary of information (especially professional) about a user.
    • Services: are products that the Operator provides to Recruiters and Users through the website.
    • Price list: is a list containing the prices of the services that the Operator provides to the Recruiter.
    • Job offer: is the advertisement published on the Site in which an open job position is described.
The present Terms and Conditions apply to the publication of a job offer, unless otherwise expressly agreed between the parties.
  5. Euspert uses cookies in accordance with what is provided in the Cookie Policy.
  6. Many services of the portal are provided to users without the need to enter data or to register (among the most important: reading and discussing magazine content and using the job search engine). When necessary for the requested service, as well as for all that is required by legal obligations, the transmission of data is mandatory in order to obtain the service and therefore refusal to provide data in whole or in part may prevent Euspert from providing the requested services.
  7. The User may cancel registration at any time, obtaining the deletion of all data concerning them, by sending an email to [email protected] (subject: cancellation) or (preferable as it is immediate) may delete their account independently using the internal system in their reserved area. The Operator reserves the right to delete an account (or even a file stored in the account) that is not updated or has been inactive for more than 12 months. Use of the site is not intended for persons under 18 years of age. If your child has registered by entering personal data, please contact us and we will proceed with immediate removal.

Services

  1. The services provided to Users on the website include, in particular, the possibility to:
    • Respond to a Job offer. A User has the right to respond to a Job offer published on the website. In any case, since anonymous offers are prohibited, each offer always reports the company name of the advertiser and the User can contact the company directly to apply or use the Euspert platform as a tool.
    • Create a personal profile to apply for job offers and be searched by Recruiters
    • Create a job search agent on the site for job offers published on the website, which, based on criteria specified by the User, sends suitable job offers
    • Read and participate in blog discussions on the Manager's website.
    • Have an archive of applications sent through the platform to job offers published on the website.

Responsibility

  1. Euspert will never be able to control all published offers and assumes no responsibility for the content of the job positions offered.

The Manager does its best to verify the credibility of Recruiters who publish offers on Euspert, however sometimes this may not be sufficient. Users are therefore invited to be wary of companies that request any form of payment or personal documents, as this is strictly prohibited by Euspert conditions. Also beware of companies that try to offer a different position from the one published on Euspert. If you encounter such situations, report them immediately to the Manager through the appropriate "report this job" link present in every published offer.

Euspert assumes no responsibility for the content of job offers, the application process, job interviews, etc.

Euspert does not carry out systematic prior checks on content published by third parties and does not guarantee the truthfulness, completeness, or updating of the information.

  2. It is mandatory that user data entered during registration be truthful. Euspert is not responsible for false, illegal, or copyrighted information entered by users.
  3. Euspert (while adopting maximum security measures) does not guarantee that the portal is free of errors or that it cannot be damaged by external attacks or other technical defects of any nature. Euspert cannot in any case be held responsible for any damage of any kind resulting from access to or use of the services offered on the portal and/or interruption of the portal's operation.
  4. Euspert may at any time, for justified reasons, remove or suspend an account (Recruiter or User) from its database.

Publication rules

  1. After registration, the Recruiter may insert job offers on the portal, free of charge or for a fee depending on the offers available advertised on the portal. To be published, the job offer must comply with the following rules:
    • the job offer must contain at least the minimum criteria specified by the Manager in the appropriate fields during publication (the Operator reserves the right to format the job offer to align with the page layout and to correct errors or inaccuracies)
    • it is strictly forbidden to request money (any form of payment) from users contacted or in job offers and it is forbidden to request personal documents before the interview
    • it is strictly forbidden to offer a different position from what is published in the job offer
    • it is mandatory to include all data required by current legislation (authorizations, privacy policy references, equal opportunities, etc.). The Recruiter is responsible for the accuracy and insertion of such information. In general, the offer must always comply with legal requirements and the Recruiter (and never the Manager) is responsible.
    • it is forbidden to insert anonymous offers or offers that do not contain the exact company name to clearly identify the company
  2. The Operator reserves the right not to publish or to remove a Job offer:
    • that is contrary to laws, ethical principles, or decency
    • in which the Recruiter conditions the interview and/or hiring with a commission or other payment
    • that offers different positions within a single published offer
    • that is incomplete, misleading, contains false information, or reduces service quality
    • that contains advertising or marketing information
    • that may damage the reputation of the Operator or a third party
    • that contains erotic positions or raises suspicion of such work
    • that is published more than once within 30 days or duplicated across more than 5 locations
    • that includes MLM or door-to-door sales opportunities

User data

  1. The Recruiter has the right to use user data exclusively for job opportunities.
  2. To use services, Recruiters must be registered. The Recruiter must protect their password and not disclose it to third parties. The account may also be created by the Operator following instructions from the Recruiter.
  3. By registering, the Recruiter authorizes the Operator to use the company name, presentation, and logo for promotional and commercial purposes, including on third-party websites or communication materials.

This use is free of charge and non-exclusive. The Recruiter may request limitation or termination of use at any time.

  4. Commercial services between Euspert and Recruiters are defined in individual purchase orders.
  5. Recruiters may publish job offers subject to compliance with T&Cs and approval. Additional visibility services are paid according to the price list valid at the time of order.

Financial relations

  1. An invoice is issued by the Manager after the purchase of the services. The invoice is normally issued for the entire period for which the Recruiter has ordered the use of the Services. In justified cases, the Operator has the right to provide the ordered Service only after the payment of the required Service Price; the Operator informs the Recruiter of this in advance.
  2. Recruiters pay the Operator the price of the ordered service regularly and on time by bank transfer or other suitable banking method.
  3. The Operator is not responsible for content published by Recruiters or users, nor for graphic elements or their grammatical accuracy. Recruiters and users are responsible for any violations of third-party rights.
  4. The Recruiter must protect user data obtained through the site.
  5. The Recruiter agrees to respond to any disputes and fully compensate the Operator for violations.
  6. The Operator has no responsibility regarding recruitment processes.
  7. The Operator does not guarantee that Users will find suitable employment.
  8. The Operator is not responsible for damages caused by users or third parties, including loss of profits or data.

If the contract is terminated without using services, no refund is due.

  9. The Operator is not responsible for misuse of login credentials.
  10. Users may contact Euspert via email: [email protected].
  11. The Operator may modify the T&Cs by publishing updates on the website.
  12. These conditions are governed by Italian law and EU law where applicable.
  13. Specific agreements prevail over these T&Cs.
