Privacy Policy
Introduction
We have prepared this privacy policy in the clearest and most understandable way possible. Strictly following the national regulations and the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) valid throughout the European Union. We are always available for any clarification or detail.
1) The company Intraprendenza Srl (hereinafter also referred to as Manager or Operator), based in Via Calzabigi, 4 - Livorno, Vat Number 01900270495, is the manager of the website euspert.com and its supplements (hereinafter also called "Site") and the provider of services on the Site.
2) The Manager issues the following Privacy Policy which governs the rights and obligations of the use of the site.
3) Euspert is a multilingual information site mainly focused on the world of work, human resources, business, international mobility. Managed by journalists and specialists in the international labor market.
Euspert holds all specific and necessary authorizations for the activities carried out.
4) The following definitions for the purposes of the Privacy Policy and for the creation, modification, and termination of the legal relationship between the Manager and the Recruiter or User are interpreted as follows: - data subject: the natural person to whom personal data relate - Recruiter (hereinafter also "company"): is almost always a legal entity (usually a company, employment center, university, or union) that uses or intends to use the services provided on the website, particularly to find a suitable resource or have constant updates on the labor market. In very rare cases, it can be a natural person (e.g., freelancer, consultant, sole proprietor). - User: a natural person who uses the services provided in order to read and comment on informational articles, search for job opportunities, have their profile on the platform, receive newsletters - CV Profile: a summary of information (especially professional) about a user. - Services: products provided by the operator to Recruiters and Users through the website. - Price list: a list containing the prices of services provided by the operator. - Job offer: the announcement published on the Site that states an open job position.

6) Many services on the portal are provided to users without the need to enter data or register (among the most important: reading and discussing blog content and using the job offer search engine). When necessary for the requested service, as well as for all legal obligations, data transmission is mandatory to obtain the service, and refusal to provide data in whole or in part may prevent Euspert from performing the requested services.
7) The User can cancel the registration at any time, obtaining the deletion of all data concerning them, by sending an email to [email protected] (subject: deletion) or (preferably as it is immediate) can self-delete using the internal system in their reserved area. Some offers are only indexed on the site and redirect to the original source (Euspert has no responsibility for the sites to which the offers redirect and their application methods), others are directly inserted by Recruiters. In any case, since anonymous offers are prohibited, every offer always reports the company’s business name, and the User can contact the company directly to apply or use the Euspert platform as a tool. - Create a job search agent on the site for job offers published on the website, which based on criteria specified by the User sends suitable job offers - Read and participate in blog discussions on the Manager’s website. - Have an archive of responses sent through the platform to job offers published on the website.
9) Euspert can never control all published offers and assumes no responsibility for the content of job offers. The Manager does its best to verify the credibility of Recruiters who post offers on Euspert but sometimes it may not be enough. Users are therefore advised to beware of companies requesting any form of payment or sending their documents, as it is absolutely prohibited by Euspert’s conditions. Also beware of companies offering a different position from what is published on Euspert. If you come across such a situation, report it immediately through the dedicated "report this job" link (or similar depending on the page language) in each published offer! Euspert assumes no responsibility for the content of job offers, the application process, interviews, etc.
10) It is mandatory that the user data entered at registration contain truthful information, exempting Euspert from liability for entering false, illegal, or copyrighted information.
11) Euspert (while adopting maximum security measures) does not guarantee that the portal is error-free or that the portal cannot be damaged by external attacks or other technical defects of any kind. Euspert cannot be held responsible for any damage of any kind resulting from access to or use of the services offered on the portal and/or interruption of the portal’s operation.
12) Euspert may at any time, at its sole discretion (always motivated by valid reasons), remove or suspend an account (Recruiter or User) from its database.

To be published, the job offer must respect the following rules: - The Job Offer must contain at least the minimum criteria specified by the Manager in the appropriate fields during the publication of the offer (The Operator reserves the right to format the job offer to align with the page layout. The Recruiter is responsible for the truthfulness and insertion of such information. In general, the offer must always comply with every legal criterion, and the recruiter (never the Manager) is responsible. - It is forbidden to insert anonymous offers or those not containing the exact Business Name to uniquely and immediately identify the company. If offers and applications are managed by the recruiter through external ATS software and Euspert has an integration agreement, the recruiter agrees to be data controller together with Euspert, inviting the user to accept Euspert’s privacy policy on the application page.
14) The operator reserves the right not to publish or delete a Job Offer: - that is contrary to laws, ethical principles or decency, - where the Recruiter conditions the interview and/or hiring with a commission or other type of payment, - offers different job positions within the same published offer - that is incomplete or misleading or contains false information or lowers the quality of services provided on the website for other reasons, - that contains advertising or marketing information - that could damage the reputation of the operator or a third party, - that contains erotic positions or suggests that it may be such work, - that is published more than once within 30 days - that includes a job opportunity through MLM (multi-level marketing) or direct sales.

Facebook Connect: it is possible to register on the site also using Facebook Connect application; by choosing this type of registration, users agree that their data will be used to receive emails with job offers and news (emails can be stopped with a simple click). Registration with Facebook does not authorize the controller to use data for promotional and advertising purposes (users wishing to grant this use can later set the appropriate authorization field in their reserved area without the refusal of such authorization prejudicing the use of the portal). 26) The Controller transfers data only within the European Union or to third parties if necessary for service delivery, always with adequate protections.
27) In case of change of ownership of the website, data will be transferred to the new owner with the same guarantees.
