Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)

Provide skilled physical therapy treatment under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist. Implement individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence. Treat orthopedic, post-operative, musculoskeletal, and mobility-related conditions. Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and injury prevention strategies. Accurately document patient progress and communicate treatment updates with the clinical team. Utilize Raintree EMR platform for documentation, scheduling, and patient management. Collaborate with Physical Therapists and support staff to support strong patient outcomes. Contribute to a positive clinic culture focused on patient-centered care and clinical excellence.
