Whether you have years of experience or are brand-new to the restoration industry, we’ll provide the training and support you need to succeed.Primary ResponsibilitiesAssist with Water Damage and Fire Restoration projectsRespond to emergency calls, including evenings and weekends as neededPerform physical work (must be able to lift 50+ lbs)Drywall, painting, or construction experience is helpfulMaintain a professional appearance and represent the company with integrityOperate company equipment safely and follow all quality and safety standardsRequirementsReliable vehicle and a valid driver’s licenseClean driving record and ability to pass a background checkDependable and punctual, with a solid work ethicWilling to travel locally as neededSchedule & PayFull-time position8-hour shifts, with opportunities for overtimeWeekend availability for emergency workDouble-time pay for specific emergency hoursOvertime pay availableBenefits401(k) retirement planPaid time offHealth insurance contributionAdvanced, hands-on industry training and certification opportunitiesSupportive, team-oriented environment
