And the work you do matters to families across Utah every single day.We're growing into the North Salt Lake and Bountiful area and looking for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) who want more than just a job — they want a team that has their back.Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Position OverviewAs a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with Aviation ABA Therapy, you'll provide in-home ABA therapy to children and families across North Salt Lake and Bountiful. Working 1:1 with clients under the supervision of a BCBA, you'll build communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based ABA strategies.
