Confidential in Dallas, Texas is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon to open a brand-new center. You will lead clinical direction, develop referrals, and define the practice, supported by an experienced surgeon-led platform.
The opportunity offers equity from day one, a guaranteed base salary of >$500,000 with collections-based upside, relocation assistance, and ongoing CE stipends. You will shape a practice with autonomy and strong operational support.
