Bon Secours Internists of Churchland is seeking an Internal Medicine physician to join our well-established and respected team in the Harbour View area of Suffolk, Virginia. We're a busy, collegial group of 5 physicians and 1 nurse practitioner providing exceptional outpatient care to generations of patients - and we're growing! This position replaces a recently retired physician, offering an immediate, full patient panel and the chance to make a meaningful impact from day one.

Practice Highlights

What We're Looking For

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine (ABIM/ABMS)
• Completion of a U.S.-based Internal Medicine residency training program
• Must be authorized to work anywhere in the U.S.
• Comfortable managing a patient panel independently
• Committed to high-quality, relationship-based, population health-focused care

Internists of Churchland has 6 providers caring for our adult patients, 18 years and older. We care for acute illnesses (colds, flu, fever, etc.) as well as chronic problems (high blood pressure, heart disease, diabetes, arthritis, lung, intestinal and kidney disorders, etc.) and preventive care (physical examinations, cancer screening and vaccinations). We provide care in the office, as a consultant and as a primary physician, and offer guidance when referral to other specialists is necessary. Our location is central to Suffolk, Portsmouth, Chesapeake, Carrollton and only 20 minutes from Newport News and Hampton via I-664.
