With branch locations throughout Fulton, Marshall, and McDonough counties, we are committed to positively impacting our customers, employees, and communities through trusted relationships and sound financial guidance.We are currently accepting applications for a Relationship Manager – Wealth Management Officer based at our Canton Banking Center. This position is responsible for managing complex fiduciary and wealth management relationships while serving as a trusted advisor to clients. This role is ideal for an experienced financial professional who values relationship-building, attention to detail, and long-term client service within a community banking environment.Principal Duties and Responsibilities:Serving as the primary relationship manager and account administrator for personal trusts, estates, guardianships, and agency accounts, including complex and high-value client relationshipsAdministering accounts in accordance with trust documents, state statutes, regulatory requirements, and client objectives, including asset valuation, investment objectives, liquidity needs, and fee and income accuracyWith the support of the Investment Team, directing investment activity for assigned trust and wealth management accounts, including the purchase and sale of investment securitiesGrowing the portfolio of clients and assets under management through intentional prospecting effortsOverseeing bill payments, income distributions, and discretionary distribution requests in an accurate and timely mannerCommunicating proactively with clients and collaborating with internal and external professionals to address complex or sensitive account mattersIdentifying opportunities to expand client relationships through referrals and cross-selling of additional bank products and servicesQualifications and Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent work experience, preferredMinimum of five years of progressively responsible experience in trust administration, wealth management, or a related financial services roleStrong knowledge of fiduciary principles, investments, and trust accountingExcellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong customer service orientationAbility to exercise sound judgment, maintain confidentiality, and manage sensitive client situations with professionalismCTFA, AAMS®, and/or CFP® designation preferred or willingness to obtainProficiency with Windows-based and financial software applicationsMidAmerica National Bank offers a competitive compensation and benefits package, along with the opportunity to grow your career within a stable, relationship-focused community banking environment.Qualified candidates should submit an application and résumé online.
