We invest in our employees, with regular training, opportunities for advancement, and fun events to bring everyone together.As we continue to grow, we are in search of an individual who will assist with manufactured home remodeling within our communities around the Canton, MI area with a home base out of Canton, MI. This role is ideal for anyone who has experience as a construction project manager, superintendent, estimator, skilled tradesman or insurance adjuster.As a successful Remodeling Superintendent, you will:Direct, coordinate and monitor vendors to remodel manufactured homesAssist with locating and contracting trade partnersDefine the scope of works to accurately assess the cost to remodelAssist with establishing standardized pricing with vendors to streamline the bidding processAssist with establishing and implementing vendor rules to ensure workplace safety Job Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in business or construction management preferred, or a satisfactory combination of formal education and relevant work experienceA minimum of 3 years of residential construction experience, preferred.Proficiency with Microsoft Office, with a strong focus on ExcelWillingness to travel approximately 20% of the time across RHP communitiesDetail orientated with strong organizational, time management, problem-solving, multitasking, and follow-through skillsMust maintain a valid operator’s license and good driving record at all timesReliable transportation requiredCompensation:This is a full-time opportunity with competitive compensation.  Benefits include medical, dental and vision insurance; short-term and long-term disability; life insurance; paid time off and holidays; flexible spending; and 401K. #indcorp
