Rehearsal Manager The Rehearsal Manager will coordinate with artists and Operations team regarding rehearsals. This position requires attention to detail and a high level of professionalism. Objectives: by the end of the Festival, interns should gain experience in Coordinating and planning sequence of rehearsals before Festival week and before each performance Communicating with all artists and production team regarding timeline Tracking the progress of each rehearsal and facilitate communication between Artistic Directors, artists, and production team Duties: during the course of the Festival, intern will Identify all the artists by face and name Plan the rehearsal schedule with the Artistic Directors Keep rehearsals on a timely schedule Communicate with artists regarding rehearsal times and duration Collaborate with Stage crew regarding equipment needs of the artists Coordinate with the Artist Liaison intern about hospitality needs of artists Desired Knowledge, Skills Theater - Production; Arts Management
