Description:

The Caldwell Zoo in Tyler, Texas seeks a Senior Director of Development to build and lead a new development program, advancing major gifts, grants, annual giving, sponsorships, and capital campaigns as Caldwell Zoo becomes a public charity in 2025.

Reporting to the CEO, the Sr. DOD will grow a donor portfolio, manage the development team, collaborate with marketing and the Board, and craft compelling fundraising materials while pursuing ambitious revenue targets and long‑term sustainability.
