*Requirements*
* Strong negotiation skills to advocate effectively for clients' interests
* Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients, colleagues, and opposing counsel
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
* Strong ability to work independently as well as part of a team
* Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
* Juris Doctor Degree from an accredited law school
* Must hold a current California State Bar License in good standing
*Responsibilities*
* Attend depositions, trials, hearings
* Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients to achieve favorable outcomes
* Communicate regularly with clients, offering clear, empathetic, and professional guidance throughout the process while providing updates on case status
* Stay updated with the latest changes in workers' compensation laws
