Construction HSE Lead — Travel-Ready Safety Manager

The Walsh Group is seeking an experienced Construction HSE Manager for Southern California projects with travel to other locations by car. You will lead site-specific EHS planning, audits, incident investigations, and training to ensure regulatory compliance and safe operations.

Qualified candidates will hold a Bachelor’s degree in safety-related fields or CHST certification and have at least 5 years of construction EHS experience, with strong communication and organizational skills.
