Description:
Medix is seeking a Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner in California to perform health risk assessments, medication reviews, and cognitive screenings while educating patients on well-being. You will coordinate preventive care, manage referrals, and thoroughly document clinical findings.
The schedule is Monday to Friday, 7:30am–4:00pm PT, with 6–8 patients daily and annual wellness exams for all ages. A California license and telehealth experience are required.
