Description:

Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, resume screening, interview logistics, background checks, and offer letters.
Facilitate onboarding and orientation for new hires, ensuring timely completion of required documentation and credentialing.
Maintain compliance with federal and state labor laws, hospital policies, Joint Commission, and CMS regulations.
Administer and troubleshoot employee benefit programs, including enrollments, changes, and terminations.
Administrative Duties
Maintain accurate and confidential personnel files, ensuring all required documents are filed and up-to-date.
Manage and update the Human Resources Information System (HRIS), including employee changes, terminations, and reporting.
Generate, prepare, and distribute reports for leadership and compliance audits (e.g., turnover, open positions, FMLA tracking).
Maintain the department calendar and coordinate administrative deadlines (e.g., evaluations, license renewals, annual training).
Manage HR supply inventory and order materials as needed.
Training & Compliance
Track mandatory employee training and certifications, and notify leaders of upcoming expirations.
Assist with annual compliance initiatives including open enrollment, performance review cycles, and policy acknowledgment forms.
Assist with internal audits and survey readiness documentation for external agencies.
Skills and Abilities
Strong organizational, administrative, and time management skills.
Ability to handle multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality in a fast-paced healthcare setting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with HRIS systems (e.g., UltiPro, Paycom, ADP).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
