Accounting Analyst The Accounting Analyst primarily supports the accounting, financial reporting, and financial planning activities of our international operation, Kreg Europe, while contributing to broader finance initiatives across Kreg Tool Company. This role assists with month-end close, journal entries, account reconciliations, financial reporting, intercompany transactions, cash management processes, and financial analysis. The position partners closely with Accounting and Financial Planning ERP experience preferred. Other Skills and Abilities We're Looking For: CPA certification or progress toward CPA certification is a plus Basic understanding of general accounting concepts. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail. Self-motivated learner with a continuous improvement mindset. Ability to organize data and communicate findings clearly. Willingness to learn, ask questions, and receive feedback. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills. High level of integrity and professionalism.
