Zelis Payments, LLC in Saint Petersburg, FL is seeking a Provider Engagement Representative to proactively engage clients enrolled in virtual payment card products and convert enrollment to ZAPP EDGE while promoting use of the provider portal. You will leverage AI tools, including ChatGPT, to enhance communications, resolve issues, draft follow-up messages, and improve workflow.
This hybrid role requires 2 days in the StPetersburg office weekly and a focus on delivering excellent client service
