Job DescriptionJob DescriptionPer Diem Licensed Social Worker Job Summary:We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate LMSW or LCSW to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality mental health services to senior individuals. This role involves conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering therapeutic interventions to promote emotional well-being and enhance the quality of life for our clients. This position is per diem, and the social worker would provide virtual counseling sessions remotely. Responsibilities:Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations to assess client needs and develop appropriate treatment plans.Provide virtual individual and group counseling services over Zoom, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to client requirements.Fill a minimum of 20 hours per week.Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards, including ICD-9 coding for diagnoses.Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and ensure holistic support for clients.Facilitate group therapy sessions focused on skill development, coping strategies, and peer support.Provide ongoing support and advocacy for clients within the adult home Qualifications: A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.Valid LMSW or LCSW license in the state of practice is mandatory.Proficiency in medical documentation practices and familiarity with diagnostic evaluation processes is essential.Strong skills in crisis intervention techniques are highly desirable.Previous experience facilitating group therapy sessions is a plus.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary for effective collaboration with clients and team members.  What we Offer:Schedule flexibilitySupervision by experienced psychologists so that your hours count towards your credits.Strong admin support to assist you with client assignment and scheduling matters.Option to eventually transition to full-time with more benefits.
