Accounts Receivable ClerkBMW & MINI of the Main Line – Bala Cynwyd, PA Full-Time| On-SiteBMW & MINI of the Main Line are premier automotive dealerships proudly serving Pennsylvania's Main Line. We're looking for an Accounts Receivable Clerk to support our accounting office with receivables and other accounting support.This is a great opportunity for a motivated accounting clerk to enter a fast-paced, professional environment.Key ResponsibilitiesEnd of Month Statements: send invoices to clients according to company policies, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.Deposit Reconciliation Processing: Record and post customer payments, including cash, checks, credit cards and reconcile accounts receivable ledgers.Collections and Follow-Up: Monitor overdue accounts, contact vendors regarding outstanding balances, and resolve billing discrepancies.Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate financial records, update customer accounts, and prepare reports on accounts receivable aging, payment status, and collection progress.Collaboration: Work closely with parts, service, and customer service teams to ensure accurate billing, resolve disputes, and maintain positive customer relationships.Compliance and Reporting: Ensure adherence to internal controls, financial policies, and relevant regulations; assist with audits and provide documentation as needed.Skills & QualificationsOrganized and detail-oriented, with strong communication skillsNumerical & Analytical Skills, perform accurate calculations & identify discrepanciesTechnical Proficiency, able to use & create spreadsheets, organize financial dataProblem solving & Time Management, ability to prioritize tasks & resolve payment issues efficientlyAutomotive accounting experience is preferred, but will train the right candidateWhat We Offer40-hour work week (Monday–Friday)Paid time off and vacationExcellent medical and dental coverage with generous company participation401(k) with company matchCompany-paid disability and life insuranceLong-term career growth – we promote from withinJob security and a supportive team environmentA chance to represent two world-class brands in a premium marketIf you're ready to enhance your accounting skills at a top-tier dealership and work with respected luxury brands, apply now to join BMW & MINI of the Main Line.
