Lead Superintendent
One of Alabama's fastest growing GC's is seeking a Lead Superintendent. Large, PEMB project backlog with more to come across the Southern U.S.

Our client is a medium-sized organization specializing in providing high-quality services within the Construction industry. Known for their personable approach and management style, this GC has quickly become known as one of the premier GC's in Central AL. Established about 11 years ago, they are currently offering delivery of a wide variety of project types across the Southeast. These projects include light industrial facilities, schools, offices, retail developments, and more.
Job Description
- Develop the Project Vision and Create the Project Schedule
- Supervise entire construction staff, ensuring project deadlines are met
- Predict and overcome project challenges
- Maintain a strong relationship with Project Managers
- Lead weekly meetings to ensure the team is working together successfully and delivering quality work
- Maintain OSHA requirements
- Mentor less experienced construction professionals
- Track project documentation, tasks, issues, etc.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors

The Successful Applicant
- 7+ years of experience as a Superintendent
- Multiple projects completed successfully as a Lead Superintendent
- For this role, experience with either PEMB or tilt-wall industrial is required
- Technically-savvy individuals will be more successful due to the increased use of technology on jobsites
- Must be willing to travel across AL and surrounding states
