$2480.13/week - Job Summary: Seeking a skilled Dental Hygienist to perform patient oral health assessments and clinical procedures. The ideal candidate will provide preventive care, educate patients, and collaborate with dental teams to ensure optimal oral health. Responsibilities: Remove calcareous deposits, accretions, and stains from teeth. Apply topical agents, pit and fissure sealants, and desensitizing agents. Place and expose X-ray films, ensuring quality imaging. Chart caries, periodontal conditions, and document patient records accurately. Take patient medical history and vital signs to inform treatment plans. Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care. Qualifications: Valid license to practice as a Dental Hygienist issued by NYSED. At least 1 year of experience in dental hygiene. X-ray certification preferred. Demonstrated proficiency in providing preventive and clinical dental services. Strong patient communication and educational skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a dental team. Benefits
