Production Engineer – Wire Harness Automation

Re:Build Manufacturing in Kalamazoo, MI, is seeking a Production Engineer to design, implement, and sustain wire harness manufacturing processes. You will analyze current methods, apply Lean and TOC concepts, and collaborate with maintenance and quality teams to improve safety, efficiency, and output.

Ideal candidates hold a BS in Industrial/Manufacturing/Mechanical Engineering, 3–5 years in manufacturing, and hands-on experience with wire harnesses.
