Senior Project Manager Quiddity is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong background in municipal work to join our expanding team in Tampa. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in our continued growth while working on impactful infrastructure projects that serve communities across the region. In this leadership role, you will collaborate with clients to deliver a wide range of municipal public infrastructure projects, including water, wastewater, roadway, and drainage systems. Responsibilities Lead and manage the planning, design, and execution of public works infrastructure projects Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction Oversee and mentor a team of engineers, EITs, and technical staff throughout project lifecycles Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget, while maintaining high-quality standards Collaborate across disciplines and with local agencies to navigate permitting, regulatory compliance, and funding requirements Drive business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and contributing to proposals and presentations Monitor and manage project financial performance, resource planning, and team utilization Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in the state of Florida, or ability to obtain within a reasonable timeframe 10+ years of progressive experience in civil engineering, with a focus on municipal projects Proven leadership and team management skills Strong technical expertise in municipal water, wastewater, drainage, and roadway infrastructure Excellent communication, client relationship, and project management skills Benefits Competitive Compensation 4+½ Day Work Week Paid Time Off Health Care Plans (Medical, Dental,
