We are seeking an IT Support Technician for a direct hire opportunity in San Juan, PR within the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industry. The IT Support Technician will provide hands-on and remote support for hardware, software, user accounts, service tickets, and information systems. Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, user access, and system issues remotely and onsite.
- Install, configure, update, and upgrade desktops, laptops, software applications, and system interfaces.
- Create user accounts, reset passwords, assist with access support, and support system testing activities.
- Manage service tickets from intake through resolution while maintaining accurate documentation and service reports.
- Provide professional technical support and customer service to internal teams, external clients, vendors, and consultants.
- Stay current on technology trends and recommend improvements that support efficiency and service quality.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay rate: $15.75 per hour.
