Duration: 14+ Months Location: MN-Minneapolis, Hybrid 1-2 days onsite Overview: Every Turnberry consultant belongs to a practice, an internal group of consultants and leaders with shared experience and expertise. Each of these practices aligns to one of the core services Turnberry offers to clients. As a Business Analyst, you will join Turnberry's Business Transformation practice. Turnberry's Business Transformation practice is dedicated to diagnosing and addressing core business challenges including regulatory compliance, full-scale implementation, managing change and driving continuous improvement across transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities
Partner with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document requirements for enhancements to a mature, highly customized Salesforce environment
Translate business needs into clear, well-structured user stories and detailed functional specifications
Evaluate enhancement options and consult back to the business on tradeoffs, feasibility, and recommended paths forward
Facilitate decision-making across cross-functional teams and help the business prioritize what to build
Identify, investigate, and troubleshoot gaps and issues in the existing implementation
Participate in testing and quality assurance for platform enhancements
Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track progress against key metrics and KPIs
Support end users on new and existing functionality
Independently drive assigned workstreams from intake through follow-through to completion
Qualifications
3+ years of experience as a business analyst with a strong traditional BA foundation
Demonstrated ability to write clear user stories and detailed functional specifications
Strong requirements elicitation, analysis, and stakeholder facilitation skills
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and professional presence with the business
Self-starter who works independently, figures things out with minimal direction, and reliably follows through on assigned work
Working knowledge of the Salesforce platform sufficient to consult on enhancement options and understand configuration implications (this person advises on solutions but does not build them)
Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent practical experience
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst
Familiarity with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
Understanding of Salesforce Lightning, Apex, and Visualforce (conceptual understanding to inform consulting, not hands-on development)
Industry experience in wealth management, financial advisory, or advisor recruiting
Experience modernizing legacy or heavily customized platforms
The salary range for this role is $75,000 to $110,000 or the hourly equivalent. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.
