As a CNA with Stratford VNA, you will have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with patients while providing essential personal care and support that allows them to recover and thrive in the comfort of their own homes.
Pay: starts at $21.50 per hour for CNAs, based on experience
Pay: starts at $19.50 per hour for non certified home health aides

Position Summary The Certified Nursing Assistant travels to patients' homes and provides personal care, assistance, and support under the direction of the clinical team. This role is ideal for caring professionals who enjoy one-on-one patient interaction and making a direct impact every day.
Key Responsibilities
Travel to patients' homes throughout Fairfield and New Haven Counties
Provide compassionate personal care and assistance
Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene
Assist with toileting and incontinence care
Support safe mobility, ambulation, and transfers
Assist patients with prescribed exercises and activities
Perform light housekeeping related to patient care and safety
Provide companionship and emotional support
Observe and report changes in patient condition to the supervising nurse
Maintain accurate documentation and follow agency policies and procedures
Qualifications
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to travel to patients' homes
Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
Reliable, responsible, and professional work ethic
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Home care experience preferred, but not required
