Job Summary:

The Revenue Lifecycle Automation team seeks a skilled Software Development Engineer to design and develop scalable solutions for field teams. This role involves applying industry best practices to solve complex business challenges and build reliable, large-scale systems. Candidates should possess a strong understanding of the full software development lifecycle and experience leading system design and web service development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and evaluate GenAI/LLM-powered applications and AI agents.
• Design evaluation frameworks and metrics for LLM outputs and AI/ML systems.
• Write, review, debug, and optimize Python code for performance and scalability.
• Design scalable systems, APIs, databases, and real-time distributed architectures.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to solve complex AI/ML and system design challenges.

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong Python programming and software engineering fundamentals.
• Hands-on experience with GenAI/LLM applications and evaluation.
• Strong understanding of AI agents, MCP, tools, and agent-to-tool interactions.
• Experience evaluating LLM quality, accuracy, performance, and reliability.
• Strong system design experience with scalable and distributed systems.

Industry Experience:

Experience in the e-commerce industry is preferred.

Contract Type: W2 Only Duration: 6 Months with possible extension
