  • Salary: $110,139 - $137,674 plus annual target bonus

Position Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for Manufacturing Processes, providing technical leadership and driving process improvement projects to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and meet organizational goals using Continuous Improvement methodologies
  • Adhere to all established safety, health and quality General Manufacturing Process (GMP) policies, procedures and practices for the company
  • Oversee the optimal operation of their assigned plant’s Manufacturing Processes i.e., hands on process adjustments, changes to maintain required productivity, etc. Including Centerline documents and Process Control Plans
  • Manage the documentation, tooling audits, and maintenance direction of all tooling used in the Manufacturing Process including change activities and processes
  • Apply statistical methods to improve process capability and reduce process variation
  • Participate on Continuous Quality Improvement team for plant process improvement
  • Travel up to 10%
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 8 plus years of Process Management experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 10 plus years of Process Management experience

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Master’s Degree
  • Lean Six Sigma and/or Six Sigma certifications, i.e., Management and Strategy Institute
  • Knowledge of Infinity SPC or similar SPC software, JMP, Minitab, or similar statistical software
