RN - Registered Nurse Ambulatory Care -Full Time

Compensation 5,000 sign‑on bonus for eligible rehire and external candidates who meet all payment conditions. Salary range plus potential shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, and bonus opportunities.

Responsibilities The Journey Clinic RN provides comprehensive nursing care for patients in an ambulatory care environment, addressing physical, emotional, and spiritual needs. The RN facilitates care coordination by using the nursing process to assess, identify, plan, implement, and evaluate all aspects of care and teaching needs via direct, telephonic/telehealth, or electronic encounters. The role works in collaboration with other members of the health care team, maintains compliance with professional nursing standards and regulatory requirements, and supports clinicians in delivering quality health care to patients.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited registered nursing school (Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing)

Registered Nurse license in the state where care will be provided

Minimum 18 months of professional nursing experience
