Interim Assistant Nurse Manager, UM

Interim Assistant Nurse Manager, UM Position located near Clackamas, Oregon. Start date as soon as possible. Shift from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Reports to the Nurse Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Manage patient flow.

Support staff performance.

Ensure quality and compliance standards.

Collaborate across interdisciplinary teams to optimize care delivery.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree required.

Active Oregon Registered Nurse license required.

Previous clinical nursing experience with progressive leadership responsibilities, including care coordination or supervisory roles.

Must be available to start within 2-3 weeks of acceptance.

Compensation Annual salary range $150,000 to $160,000. Final compensation will be based on experience, education, training, location, internal equity, and budget considerations.
