Registered Nurse (RN) - Director Cath Lab Fulltime: Days

Monday-Friday (or 5 days a week)

EP or Cath experience needed

Responsibilities

Accurately performs patient assessments and identifies patient needs

Identifies and initiates appropriate nursing interventions

Provides care appropriate to condition and age of the patient

Performs timely and appropriate documentation relating to medical necessity in the medical record

Responsible for completion and revision of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient

Performs timely and accurate QI assessments

Highly effective interpersonal and communication skills

Proven leadership ability and hospital operational ability

Ability to serve as role model and advocate for the professional discipline of nursing

Qualifications

Master's Degree preferred

Basic Life Support (BLS) required

Current RN license to practice in NC

Previous leadership experience is needed
