Salary Range: $32.00 - $48.00

Job Summary The Registered Nurse (RN) provides personalized nursing care for residents by utilizing the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation, and evaluation. You will work collaboratively with residents, their families, and interdisciplinary colleagues to ensure comprehensive care.

As a vital member of our healthcare team, you will:

Demonstrate nursing competency and practice within the full scope of your expertise.

Cater to residents' preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment needs.

Coordinate care, conduct resident assessments, provide education, and implement various nursing interventions.

May act as a charge nurse, delegating tasks to licensed and unlicensed personnel appropriately.

Ensure safe and reliable resident care through support and supervision of delegates.

We value adherence to the Nurse Practice Act and the ethical codes set forth by the American Nurses Association in delivering high-quality nursing care.

Qualifications We prefer candidates who:

Have graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program.

Hold a Bachelor's Degree in nursing.

Possess a current, unencumbered RN license from the State Board of Nursing where you practice or have multistate licensure if applicable.

Maintain required department-specific competencies and certifications.
