Emergency Department Physician (MD/DO) – MUSC Health Orangeburg Medical Center – Orangeburg, SC

Job Summary MUSC Health Orangeburg is seeking BC/BE Emergency Room Physicians to provide high‑acuity care in a 286‑bed facility with a Level III Trauma Center. The position offers multiple shift options and support from a dedicated clinician team.

Responsibilities

Manage diverse, high‑acuity cases using MUSC’s advanced resources.

Collaborate with advanced practice providers, nurses, lab, imaging, and multi‑specialty teams to deliver comprehensive patient care.

Participate in educational rotations and residency programs.

Maintain accurate documentation via the Epic health record system.

Qualifications

ABEM board‑certified or eligibility (BC/BE preferred).

Graduated from an accredited medical school with ACGME residency completion.

Unrestricted South Carolina medical license and controlled‑substance registration.
