How You Will Make a Difference

Provide direct and compassionate care to patients and residents with the highest quality.

Supervise day‑to‑day activities performed by assigned nursing assistants.

Operate in accordance with Federal, State, and Local Standards, guidelines, and regulations, and as required by the Director of Nursing.

Ensure all nursing personnel assigned to you comply with the written policies and procedures established by the facility.

What You Need to Make a Difference

Active RN license in the state of residence.

Current/active CPR certification.

Customer service orientation and ability to work well under pressure.

Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple projects while maintaining high quality and productivity.

Excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
