<p>Responsible to assist with the operation troubleshooting, diagnostics, housekeeping, and repairs on commercial buildings, industrial systems, vehicles, grounds, and maintenance equipment for assigned properties/facilities.</p>

<p>* Assist with troubleshooting and repairs of buildings and installed systems to include: packaging and handling machinery, plumbing systems, kitchen equipment, roofs, drains, shop, grounds equipment, and HVAC
* Clean, lubricate, and service a wide variety of pumps, valves, pneumatic controls, electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic devices
* Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems
* Replace and repair building finishes such as ceiling tiles, door hardware, wall paper, and can paint walls, piping, floors and equipment
* Troubleshoot, evaluate, and make recommendations to upgrade maintenance operations and/or implement savings opportunities
* Possess competent knowledge of the use and care of tools and equipment used in facility and ground maintenance
* Respond immediately to emergency situations and customer service requests as assigned.
* Inspect buildings, grounds, and equipment for unsafe or malfunctioning conditions, preventative maintenance, etc.
* Maintain and operate fire and life safety systems such as; Fire alarm systems, fire pumps and related fire protection system equipment as assigned
* Perform carpentry and snow removal when necessary
* Comply with all applicable codes, regulations, governmental agency, and Company directives as related to building operations and practice safe work habits
* Ability to use technology such as; smart phones, tablets, computers, web-based applications, building automation systems, etc.
* Complete all required C&amp;W Safety Training as scheduled annually.
* Comply with C&amp;W Uniform Dress Code while working and maintain a neat and clean appearance while on the property at times other than working hours</p>

<p>What You'll Do</p>

<p>* Design, document, and own end-to-end operational processes for the Energy Asset Management team, covering the full project lifecycle - from customer onboarding through contract renewals, amendments, terminations, decommissioning, and billing
* Identify process gaps, redundancies, and inefficiencies across the AM team's existing procedures and develop structured improvements with measurable outcomes
* Identify roadblocks to contractual cash collections and operationalize improvements to overcome them with cross-functional stakeholders &amp; partners.
* Maintain and govern the team's process library, ensuring documentation is current, accurate, and actionable
* Serve as the primary liaison between Asset Management and cross-functional partners including Commercial Billing, Finance Operations (FinOps), Legal, Service Operations, and product/systems teams
* Coordinate multi-team workstreams for complex, recurring processes such as contract scrubbing, performance guarantee reporting, insurance compliance (COI), settlement payments, and after sales invoicing

<p>What You'll Bring</p>

<p>* Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or equivalent experience; PMP certification a plus
* 5+ years of experience in business operations, program management, or service operations - ideally within energy, utilities, infrastructure, or a complex B2B services environment
* Demonstrated experience designing and implementing operational processes from the ground up, with the ability to translate ambiguity into structured, scalable workflows
* Strong cross-functional project management skills; proven ability to drive alignment and accountability across teams without direct authority

<p>PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</p>

<p>Patient Related</p>

<p>Education:</p>

<p>* Assist other health care members in providing patient specific detailed education regarding adequacy measures where appropriate - Online Clearance Monitoring (OLC), Adequacy Monitoring Program (AMP), Urea Kinetic Modeling (UKM), and regarding disease process/access.</p>

<p>Treatment:</p>

<p>* Welcome assigned patients and inquire as to their wellbeing since their last treatment.</p>

* Evaluate vascular access for patency, perform vascular access cannulation, and perform administration of heparin as delegated or as allowed by state law.</p>

* Sets and preforms a treatment on all machines used in the transitional care unit.</p>
