<p>The Merchandise Manager drives merchandising and operational execution, including truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets, and visual standards. This role ensures accurate pricing, timely promotional execution, and a customer-ready store environment through strong workload planning and inventory management. </p>

<p><strong>Major Activities</strong> </p>

<ul> <li>Assist Store Manager in leading and managing adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs to ensure compliance with applicable laws and requirements. </li><li>Ensure execution of Company policies and standards, holding team accountable for store conditions and results. </li><li>Provide Manager-on-Duty (MOD) coverage, maintaining floor leadership, service standards, and operational continuity. </li><li>Lead truck execution processes, ensuring timely unloading, accurate sorting, and efficient flow of merchandise to the sales floor. </li><li>Own workload planning and daily task prioritization, partnering with store leadership to align staffing and execution to business needs. </li><li>Execute and maintain SISO (Store-In-Stock Optimization) routines to drive in-stock levels, replenishment accuracy, and sales readiness. </li><li>Oversee Planogram (POG) execution, ensuring merchandising sets are completed accurately and on schedule. </li><li>Establish and maintain visual merchandising standards, including initial product placement and presentation to company expectations. </li><li>Support a clean, organized, and customer-ready store environment, including backroom organization and sales floor recovery. </li><li>Manage key aspects of inventory control, ensuring product accuracy, integrity, and efficient stock movement. </li><li>Execute ad sets, ensuring promotional signage and product placement are compliant and customer focused. </li><li>Complete price changes accurately and on time, maintaining pricing integrity across the sales floor and systems. </li><li>Oversee Ship from Store fulfillment, ensuring orders are picked, packed, and shipped efficiently and accurately. </li><li>Process RTVs (Return to Vendor) and ASN receiving, ensuring compliance, documentation accuracy, and proper inventory adjustments. </li><li>Manage store damages procedures, ensuring proper handling, reporting, and shrink reduction </li><li>Train, coach, and develop team members through structured TM onboarding and ongoing skill-building across assigned departments. </li><li>Partner in maintaining strong Asset Protection practices, reducing shrink through awareness, compliance, and safe operations. </li></ul> <p><strong>Minimum Type of Experience Required</strong> </p>

<p>The Role
The Part-Time Parts &amp; Logistics Dispatch Coordinator is responsible for supporting daily service operations by coordinating our driver team as well as managing and maintaining the inventory of the parts delivered during shift throughout the shop. This role is critical in maintaining productivity, minimizing downtime, and supporting a smooth customer experience, especially during high-volume periods such as weekends.</p>

<p>Key Responsibilities</p>

<p>Coordinate Saturday operations by managing appointments, monitoring schedules, and ensuring all arrivals and drop-offs are accounted for</p>

<p>Review completed repair orders and overnight drop-offs to ensure proper follow-up and documentation</p>

<p>Support service advisors with timely updates to help keep customers informed</p>

<p>Dispatch drivers using internal tools, prioritizing efficiency, cost control, and on time percentage</p>

<p>Monitor vehicle movement and ensure smooth handoffs between pickup, service, and return</p>

<p>Receive incoming parts with speed and accuracy-verify against invoices, inspect for damage, and process into Tekmetric under the correct repair order</p>

<p>Label and stage parts clearly by RO number to ensure proper organization and accessibility</p>

<p>Update part statuses in the system to maintain visibility for the team</p>

<p>Maintain organized documentation by consolidating and submitting all daily invoices</p>

<p>Close out the day by cleaning up schedules, canceling no-shows, confirming upcoming appointments, securing sensitive items, and leaving clear notes for the next team</p>

<p>Primary Responsibilities: </p>

<ul> <li>Order and stock parts, materials, tools and supplies. </li><li>Account for inventory cycles. </li><li>Pull and deliver parts. </li><li>Use record-keeping software to record part descriptions and Repair Statements. </li><li>Team Members are expected to willingly lend assistance in additional areas as necessary, following the directives and guidance of their supervisor. </li></ul> <p>Minimum Qualifications: </p>
