Stagiair voor 24 - 32 uur per week Periode: september 2026 tot en met juni 2027 Stagelopen bij Halt betekent werken bij een organisatie die maatschappelijke waarde toevoegt, en zich juist daarom ondernemend en ambitieus opstelt. Als stagiair bij Halt krijg je echt de ruimte om mee te doen: je draait volop mee in de praktijk, krijgt verantwoordelijkheden die bij je passen en wordt begeleid door professionals die graag hun kennis met je delen.

Jouw stage bij Halt Tijdens je stage word je begeleid door een mentor en loop je mee met verschillende Halt-medewerkers. De Halt-medewerker werkt in de keten van jeugd en veiligheid en begeleidt de Halt-interventie (vanuit de justitiële taak van Halt) voor jongeren tussen de 12 en 18 jaar die een strafbaar feit hebben gepleegd. Daarnaast voert de Halt-medewerker diverse werkzaamheden en interventies uit in het kader van preventie van jeugdcriminaliteit (vanuit de lokale taak van Halt) binnen de school en wijk, zoals voorlichtingen aan jongeren en/of ouders. De Halt-medewerker werkt samen met collega's in een resultaatverantwoordelijk team. De functie van Halt-medewerker is afwisselend en flexibel. Er zijn veel afspraken op verschillendelocaties.

Als stagiair start je met meekijken en al snel ga je stapsgewijs onderdelen van de Halt-interventie en voorlichtingen uitvoeren. Eerst onder begeleiding en vervolgens zelfstandig. De stage vindt plaats op allerlei verschillende locaties - van scholen tot politiebureaus en gemeentelijke partners. Hierdoor ziet iedere dag er anders uit en werk je samen met uiteenlopende collega's en instanties.

Wat ga je doen? Je werkzaamheden bestaan uit:

Meelopen met verschillende Halt-medewerkers binnen het werkgebied.

Het zelfstandig geven van voorlichtingen over verschillende thema's zoals gedrag online en groepsinvloed binnen het basisonderwijs met kans om je -wanneer passend- door te ontwikkelen naar voorlichtingen in het voortgezet onderwijs.

Het voeren van gesprekken met jongeren en ouders, het vormgeven van de Halt-interventie, signaleren, doorverwijzen en afwikkelen van administratieve verwerking.

Met pedagogische interventies o.a. ondersteuning bieden aan ouders, jongeren bewust maken van hun verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en eigen gedrag en waar nodig vaardigheden versterken.

Meedenken over de ontwikkeling en verbetering van de dienstverlening.

Deelnemen aan stage-intervisie en reflecteren op je eigen ontwikkeling.

Deelnemen aan verschillende regionale en landelijke trainingsdagen.

Participeren (en eventueel notuleren) in diverse overleggen, zowel intern als extern.

Je krijgt een mentor aangewezen. Deze mentor is tijdens de gehele stage je eerste aanspreekpunt. Je werkt met verschillende collega's samen en je volgt aanvullende scholing. Passend bij je ontwikkeling krijg je steeds meer ruimte om zelfstandig aan de slag te gaan met het geven van voorlichtingen en het voeren van gesprekken met jongeren en hun ouders. De mentoren zijn ervaren Halt-medewerkers. De begeleiding is zowel individueel als samen met andere stagiairs. Zo krijg je maatwerk én heb je contact met medestagiairs, waardoor je samen het leerproces doorloopt.

Wat breng jij mee? Naast jouw enthousiasme en gedreven instelling, breng jij het volgende mee:

Je woont in Apeldoorn, Zwolle of in de directe omgeving van deze woonplaatsen (max. 20 km).

Je bent een derde- of vierdejaars hbo-student in een opleiding gericht op jeugd, ontwikkeling of welzijn (zoals Social Work, Pedagogiek, SJD of Toegepaste Psychologie). Het gaat om een meewerkstage (geen afstudeerstage), waarbij je minimaal één schooljaar beschikbaar bent en minstens 24 uur per week stageloopt.

Je bent proactief, denkt mee en toont initiatief.

Je kunt goed samenwerken, maar functioneert ook zelfstandig.

Je bent flexibel in je werkzaamheden en planning.

Je bent bereid om te reizen naar verschillende werklocaties.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Associate degree, recent college graduate, military technical training, trade certification, or equivalent hands-on experience  
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and interest in technical systems  
  • Willingness to learn and read electrical and mechanical schematics  
  • Ability to diagnose and solve basic technical problems  
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

PST lead will be responsible to one or more products and will ensuring safety through the product lifecycle (e.g. surveillance, signal detection, validation and assessment, risks assessment and mitigations strategies, tox management, etc…) together with the other members of the safety team (safety scientists, safety architects, safety PM, and other cross functional colleagues). The PST lead will also closely collaborate with a PK and toxicology leads, regulatory and clinical development leads as well as medical affairs colleagues to help guide dose selection and regimen, inclusion/exclusion criteria and safety monitoring for first for clinical trials as well as PMOS.

PST lead will be interpreting regulations related to pharmacovigilance supporting all patient safety activities, and will be leading the safety components of pre‑NDA and NDA/sNDA submissions, regulatory responses, label and label updates, RMPs.

Responsibilities

Understanding and application of the pharmacology, chemistry and non‑clinical toxicology to effectively conduct safety surveillance

Responsible for safety surveillance for pharmaceutical / biological / drug‑device combined products

Lead and set the strategy for key pharmacovigilance documents, including but not limited to, medical safety assessments, regulatory responses and risk management plans, NDA/sNDA submission – safety component

Apply current regulatory guidance as appropriate for safety surveillance and authorship of PV documents

Analyze and interpret aggregate safety data and communicate these analysis and interpretation to cross‑functional teams, executive leadership and externally, as needed

Effectively write, review and provide input on technical documents independently

Oversight and responsibility for leading the strategy for periodic reports (DSURs, PSURs, PADERs etc.)

Responsible for implementing risk management strategies for assigned products

Proactively engaging, inspiring, coaching and mentoring team and colleagues

Opportunities to co‑author publications and participate in initiatives to continue developing and growing as a safety leader

Strong team player, able to adapt and work in a fast pace environment
