As a Tree Climber on our General Tree Care Team, you'll play an important role in helping preserve and enhance the health of clients' landscapes. This physically active role involves working outdoors, performing climbing and pruning duties using safe and efficient techniques to provide high-quality tree care.

What You'll Do
- Provide high-quality tree care, including pruning, removals, and cable bracing, as part of a crew.
- Safely operate climbing gear, chainsaws, and other specialized equipment.
- Apply proper pruning techniques and established tree care practices.
- Adhere strictly to all safety procedures and protocols.
- Deliver excellent client service while upholding professional standards.
What We're Looking For
- Ability to perform physically active outdoor work, including climbing trees and working at heights.
- Capacity to lift and move up to fifty (50) pounds regularly.
- Valid U.S. driver's license with a clean DMV record.
- Authorization to lawfully work in the U.S.
- Willingness to learn and develop skills in tree climbing (without spurs).
- Eagerness to learn proper pruning techniques and tree care safety standards.
- Interest in identifying native and introduced tree and shrub species.
- Aptitude for learning chainsaw and equipment operation.
