Description Lead a Multidisciplinary Team Delivering Life-Changing Care as an ACT Team Leader

Compass Health is seeking a Team Leader for our Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) team—a high-impact role guiding a multidisciplinary group of professionals who deliver community-based behavioral health care for individuals with serious mental illness. Believe in person-centered care and empowering individuals to live successfully in their community

Have experience or interest in co-occurring treatment models, especially those serving families or transitional-aged youth
