• The ability to lift up to 70 lbs.

• Casual package delivery drivers are expected to comply with UPS appearance guidelines and wear the company-provided uniform

Full-time casual package delivery drivers work eight to ten hours per day and workdays can vary (Monday - Friday) or (Tuesday - Saturday) depending on the business needs.

Permanent, full-time delivery drivers receive an average total compensation package of $145,000 per year. That includes $0 healthcare premiums, up to seven weeks of paid vacation, plus paid time off for holidays, sick leave and option days. UPS also makes contributions to a defined-benefit pension plan for each employee.

Are you mechanically inclined, organized, and enjoy solving problems? BENCO is looking for a Fleet Coordinator to help maintain and manage our fleet vehicles across northwestern North Dakota and northeastern Montana. In this role, you'll play a key part in keeping our operations running smoothly by coordinating vehicle maintenance, performing preventative services, and ensuring repairs are completed efficiently and cost-effectively.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of hands-on mechanical work, vendor coordination, and administrative organization.

What You'll Do

• Inspect fleet vehicles and evaluate their condition through visual inspections, test drives, and diagnostic testing.
• Perform preventative maintenance services, including oil changes, tune-ups, bulb replacements, wiper replacements, and other light repairs.
• Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues and recommend solutions.
• Coordinate major and complex repairs with outside vendors while managing costs through warranties and service options.
• Monitor maintenance schedules and service intervals for fleet vehicles throughout northwestern North Dakota and northeastern Montana.
• Maintain accurate service, maintenance, and repair records.
• Communicate repair status, maintenance needs, and vehicle availability with management.
• Ensure shop tools, equipment, and work areas are maintained in a safe, working condition.
• Manage inventory levels for maintenance supplies and equipment.
• Stay current on industry best practices through ongoing learning and development opportunities.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree or technical school certification preferred.
• Working knowledge of hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Ability to diagnose and repair equipment and vehicle components both in the shop and in the field.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members and vendors.

Requirements

• The Spark Driver app is available on both iOS and Android mobile devices. For best use, we recommend using iOS 11 and newer or Android 5.0 and higher. Additionally, all devices should have a camera with GPS.
• You must be 18 years of age or older to complete deliveries with the Spark Driver platform.
• A clean, smoke-free vehicle
• Valid proof of auto insurance 
• Valid driver's license
• Be authorized to perform services as an independent contractor in the U.S.

Documentation Accurately and honestly complete and submit paperwork associated with job task daily duties; (JSA, Safety Docs, FST, FNCR, REQ, Timecards, etc.) in the set amount of time. Report any non-compliance of procedural action immediately to Supervisor or HR. Labeling or stamping equipment in the proper manner.

Maintenance Team members are responsible for and required to inventory, maintain, and log all assets, both inventory and company owned, e.g., shop tooling, vehicles and related items.

Communication Every BDS team member must have the ability to communicate with team members, customers, vendors, and the community in both written and verbal documentation. Assist other team members in daily activities and job‑related tasks approved by the Quality & Production Team.

Safety Team members are required to perform their job duties in the safest way possible with a 100% accident‑free, 100% incident‑free target goal.

Representative All Bulldog Services LLP team members as acting representatives are required to professionally present, uphold, and solidify the representation and respect of our motto, “Restoring Principles & Integrity One Connection at a Time” at all times.

Physical Requirements Frequent standing and lifting, 95% shop environment, 3% yard, 2% office.

Other Required Responsibilities Lifting of equipment must be done in a manner in accordance with the company safety manual (max 50 lbs), review staged jobs before loading, operate forklift (only if you have current forklift training certification), overhead crane operation, operate testing equipment, rigging, each of which will be completed in accordance with current training and Bulldog Services Safety Manual.

Other Clothing items promoting or suggesting nonbusiness related propaganda are not allowed. Team members will conform to the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required by BDS in compliance with OSHA regulations and directives. Responsible for maintaining a safe work environment for oneself and others by following any and all posted and non‑posted safety guidelines. Non‑posted guidelines are found in the BDS safety manual.

Hours of Operation Monday through Sunday, 24/7 during your on‑call scheduled days on tower; this is a 24‑hour on‑call tower position. Employees are required to complete any pertinent duties by the end of the job if at all possible. Days off call are worked based on a basic day of 8:00 am – 5:00 pm depending on workload.
