<p>SCT is a clinician and woman owned and operated company providing psychotherapy services, including evaluations and ongoing therapy, to residents in assisted living, acute rehabs, and long-term care settings. We hire passionate and experienced Psychologists, LCSWs, LPCs, LMHCs, and LMFTs! </p>

<p>We are looking for a Recruiter with full-cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees and consultants. Our ideal recruiter understands how to work with a strong sense of urgency with work experience in screening, interviewing and assessing candidates. Ultimately, the responsibilities of the Recruiter are to ensure our company attracts, hires and retains the best employees and consultants, while growing a strong talent pipeline. </p>

<p><b><i>Duties/Responsibilities:</i></b> </p>

<ul> <li>Facilitates and implements all phases of the recruitment process from sourcing to negotiating offers </li></ul> <ul><li>Utilize innovative sourcing and sales strategies to attract top talent to both current and future job opportunities through our internal ATS, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other platforms </li><li>Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization </li><li>Assists with job posting and advertisement processes </li><li>Screens applications and selects qualified candidates </li><li>Assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes </li><li>Collaborates during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, and other pertinent details </li><li>Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies </li><li>Performs other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p><b><i>If you are:</i></b> </p>
