Job Summary
<p>The Aging and Disability Services Division is currently recruiting for a full-time Developmental Specialist 1 in Carson City and Reno/Sparks, Nevada. This recruitment will be used to underfill positions within the Developmental Specialist series. Advancement to the next level may occur after meeting the minimum qualifications, satisfactory performance, and with endorsement of the appointing authority. This recruitment may be used to fill current and future vacancies as they occur in the following programs: Autism Treatment Assistant Program (ATAP) and Nevada Early Intervention Services (NEIS). Positions assigned with ATAP will create and implement programs, treatment and service plans, provide direct services and case management, develop financial and community resources, and educate, inform, and assist family members, other agencies, and service providers about human growth and development. Positions assigned with NEIS will provide specialized instruction and case management services to children under the age of three who have or are at risk for developmental delays, disabilities (including autism, vision and hearing impairments, genetics syndromes and prematurity) under the federal regulations of Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA). They also serve on multi-disciplinary teams to determine program eligibility and services. Senior Technical Program Manager, Production Engineering
<p>Redwood Materials is searching for a Senior Technical Program Manager to join our Production Engineering team in Sparks, Nevada. This team owns the engineering work that keeps our production lines running and takes them to full rate. In this role you will run the programs that move production from where it is today to where it needs to be on throughput, yield, uptime, and cost, working with process, mechanical, electrical, controls, and manufacturing engineers to scope the work, sequence it around production windows, and get it installed, qualified, and handed to operations. Position Overview
<p>The Project Engineer is an owner/operator team member responsible for maintaining the controls, records, visibility, and follow-through that keep Fleet’s data center projects organized and decision-ready. <p>This is a developing role focused on accuracy, organization, and disciplined follow-up. The Project Engineer supports the Construction Managers and works alongside the Sr Project Engineer by keeping status current, surfacing risks early, and ensuring nothing critical falls through the cracks.</p>

Owner-Side Controls &amp; Documentation

Job Summary
<p>Panasonic is seeking a Forward Deployed DataX Manager, reporting to the Director Digitial Manufacturing for Panasonic Energy. This professional will be accountable for delivering end to end data solutions that directly improve factory operations. <li>7+ years’ experience in data engineering, analytics, AI, or software delivery</li>
<li>2+ years leading teams or owning large customer-facing deployments</li>
<li>A graduate degree is mandatory for this role</li>
<li>Strong hands-on proficiency with Cloud based Data Solutions - AWS (S3, EC2, IAM, Lambda, Glue, Redshift, Athena), Palantir, Azure, etc.</li>
<li>Experience building and operating ETL / ELT pipelines at manufacturing scale</li>
<li>Hands‑on experience with event-based platforms (Kafka, Kinesis, or equivalent)</li>
<li>Proficiency in Palantir Foundry, including pipelines, ontologies, and applications</li>
<li>Strong experience with Tableau for operational and executive dashboards</li>
<li>Proficiency in SQL and Python</li>
<li>Experience integrating MES, historians, PLC‑adjacent data, and quality systems</li>
<li>Familiarity with EV battery manufacturing processes (cell, formation, aging, test, genealogy) is a plus</li>
<li>Comfortable operating in ambiguous, high‑pressure, production environments</li>
<li>Willingness and ability to meet mandatory on‑site and travel requirements</li>
