Foster a culture focused on safety, quality, accountability, and continuous improvement. Conduct performance reviews and support employee development plans. Technical Paint Operations Manage all paint booth activities from surface preparation through final finish inspection. Serve as the department subject matter expert for paint systems, coating processes, and finishing techniques. Oversee paint mixing, color matching, viscosity control, and material usage to ensure consistency and minimize waste. Troubleshoot and resolve paint-related issues including adhesion failures, fisheyes, orange peel, runs, contamination, blistering, and curing defects. Ensure compliance with paint manufacturer specifications and engineering requirements. Surface Preparation Oversee preparation of aluminum and steel components prior to painting. Ensure proper cleaning, sanding, grinding, masking, pretreatment, and primer application processes. Establish and maintain standard work instructions for all preparation and painting processes. Quality Assurance Ensure all painted components meet CCFT quality standards and customer specifications. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Business Development Develop and maintain strong relationships with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, home health agencies, case managers, discharge planners, social workers, and other referral partners. Identify, cultivate, and secure new referral opportunities throughout the assigned territory. Develop and execute strategic territory business plans that drive admissions growth. Maintain regular face-to-face contact with referral partners to strengthen relationships and increase referrals. Relationship Management Serve as a trusted resource regarding hospice philosophy, eligibility requirements, services, and patient care options. Build long-term partnerships through responsiveness, professionalism, and consistent follow-through. Represent the organization with integrity and professionalism throughout the healthcare community. Deliver exceptional customer service to referral partners, patients, and families. Sales Performance Maintain an active pipeline of referral opportunities. Meet and exceed admissions and territory growth goals. Utilize CRM/contact management software to document sales activities, manage customer interactions, and monitor referral trends. Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive activity to identify new business opportunities. Provide market feedback and territory updates to leadership. IDEAL CANDIDATE The successful candidate will possess: Two to five years of successful hospice sales experience within the local market. Established relationships with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, discharge planners, case managers, and other healthcare referral sources. Proven success growing hospice admissions and developing new business. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong relationship-building and networking abilities. Self-motivation with the ability to work independently while managing a sales territory effectively. Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills. Proficiency with CRM or contact management software. A proactive, customer-focused approach and exceptional follow-through. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Minimum of two years of hospice sales experience within the local market. Established referral relationships and strong community presence. Proven, verifiable history of admissions growth and sales success. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
