What you will be doing

• Must be able to operate trucks in residential, commercial, recycling yards and on construction sites as well as public roadways to include highways and interstates.
• Perform pre-trips and post-trips inspections.
• Communicate with dispatcher throughout the day.
• Log/track loads in our system with provided tablets.
• Drop off and pick up containers with recyclables.
• Keep accurate records and slips of loads each day.
• Take appropriate safety precautions while driving.
• Ten hours operating a truck each day is average. Entering and exiting the vehicle using the 3 points of contact method can be up to or more than 25 times.
• Cleaning potential road hazards such as, debris, rocks, mud, dirt, sand, gravel, plastic, roofing etc. off of can sides, rails, and doors as well as truck bumpers, truck fenders, truck wheels and truck frame rails, will need to do as needed prior to leaving job site or yard.
• Climb the attached metal fabricated ladder on the front right of the can to inspect the interior of the can for non-approved materials, persons or animals inside the can.
• Open and close the rear door on the can.
• Other job duties will be added as needed.

The Encore Boston Harbor Senior Stylist – Salon will be responsible for performing various hair styling procedures and techniques for guests, ensure positive/friendly customer relations, and to perform all assigned functions/duties in accordance with established guidelines/procedures. This includes, but is not limited to: adhering to all processes and all Encore Standards; and ensuring excellent guest and team member experience.

Provides excellent hair care services for guests by exceeding both customer service & technical skill expectations. Communicates all treatments and services for the Salon to the guest and ensuring acknowledgements needed. Responsible for assisting with cleanup and maintenance of Salon including, but not limited to: work stations, color bar, break room, etc. Responsible for supplying and maintaining hairstyling tools and equipment. Understands and well versed in the resort, hotel features and services including all outlets, hours of operation, activities and events available to guests. Maintains awareness of guest experience at all times; smiles and makes eye contact, communicates professionally. Offers an escort to and from the salon and spa when necessary. Ensures the Encore standards of cleanliness and appearance for all areas, as well as, maintaining a safe and pristine work environment that is in compliance with The State Board of Cosmetology standards.

Works with safety as a priority, and follows department and company safety standards. Maintains relevant knowledge of industry through continuing education and training. Performs any other job-related duties as assigned.
