<p><b>Salary:</b> $20.00 per hour (Subject to adjustment for onsite living)</p>
<p><b>Housing Benefit:</b> 25% rent discount for onsite living</p>
<p><b>Summary:</b> The Ridge at Tyler Apartments are looking for a Maintenance Associate to undertake the responsibility of upgrading &amp; preserving the good condition and functionality of our 192-unit residential apartment community.</p>

Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Prepare units for occupancy</li>
<li>Paint and complete make readies for occupancy</li>
<li>Perform daily trash pickup</li>
<li>Assist in general maintenance work as requested</li>
<li>Perform light checks</li>
<li>Perform manual repairs when necessary</li>
<li>Conduct general upkeep procedures (e.g., landscaping) and other tasks as assigned (painting, carpentry etc.) and pool maintenance</li>
<li>On call responsibilities as assigned by property manager</li>
</ul>
Skills
<ul>
<li>Proven experience as maintenance associate</li>
<li>Strong working knowledge of general maintenance duties including drying walling, painting, etc.</li>
<li>Working knowledge of tools, common appliances, and devices</li>
<li>Good physical condition and strength</li>

This role ensures that files and documents are accurately stored, easily accessible, and kept confidential when necessary. The Records Clerk supports daily administrative operations by managing both physical and electronic records efficiently.<br>

Weekly Pay </p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>Maintain, organize, and update physical and electronic records and files.</p> </li> <li> <p>Scan, file, and retrieve documents as requested by staff or management.</p> </li> <li> <p>Ensure records are properly labeled, archived, and stored according to company policies.</p> </li> <li> <p>Verify accuracy and completeness of documents before filing.</p> </li> <li> <p>Assist with data entry and record updates in internal systems.</p> </li> <li> <p>Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.</p> </li> <li> <p>Respond to requests for records and provide documents in a timely manner.</p> </li> <li> <p>Dispose of outdated records according to retention policies.</p> </li> <li> <p>Support general administrative and clerical duties as needed.</p> </li>
</ul> <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>High school diploma or equivalent required.</p> </li> <li> <p>Previous clerical, records management, or administrative experience preferred.</p> </li> <li> <p>Strong organizational and time-management skills.</p> </li> <li> <p>Basic computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office.</p> </li> <li> <p>Attention to detail and accuracy.</p> </li> <li> <p>Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.</p> </li> <li> <p>Strong communication and teamwork skills.</p> </li>
