<p>Regularly meet with internal personnel – discuss &amp; address quality issues</p>

<p>Visit customer facility on occasion – regarding quality issues</p>

<p>Approve associates’ daily timeclock punches</p>

<p>Qualifications</p>

<p>High School Diploma or equivalent</p>

<p>At least 3 years’ supervisory experience – within a manufacturing environment</p>

<p>Strong interpersonal skills (all levels of associates) (multi-cultural environment)</p>

<p>ISO 9001 experience required (IATF 16949 preferred)</p>

<p>Confident in Microsoft Office knowledge (Word &amp; Excel)</p>

<p>Administrative Duties</p>

<p>Maintain accurate and confidential personnel files, ensuring all required documents are filed and up-to-date.</p>

<p>Manage and update the Human Resources Information System (HRIS), including employee changes, terminations, and reporting.</p>

<p>Generate, prepare, and distribute reports for leadership and compliance audits (e.g., turnover, open positions, FMLA tracking).</p>

<p>Maintain the department calendar and coordinate administrative deadlines (e.g., evaluations, license renewals, annual training).</p>

<p>Manage HR supply inventory and order materials as needed.</p>

<p>Training &amp; Compliance</p>

<p>Track mandatory employee training and certifications, and notify leaders of upcoming expirations.</p>

<p>Assist with annual compliance initiatives including open enrollment, performance review cycles, and policy acknowledgment forms.</p>

<p>Assist with internal audits and survey readiness documentation for external agencies.</p>

<p>Skills and Abilities</p>

<p>Strong organizational, administrative, and time management skills.</p>

<p>Ability to handle multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality in a fast-paced healthcare setting.</p>

<p>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with HRIS systems (e.g., UltiPro, Paycom, ADP).</p>
