Responsibilities
<p>Administer skilled care to patients requiring intermittent professional services. Teach the patient, family, and other members of the health care team. Perform services in accordance with the physician’s orders and the established plan of care (POC).</p>
Qualifications

<p><b>Position Objective</b></p>
<p>This position supervises and manages the daily activities of commercial roofing production crews at the specified project. Responsible to handle crew personnel scheduling, issue resolution and oversee the completion of jobs on time and on budget. Strict compliance and adherence to company safety policies. Daily communication with customers, general contractors and sub-contractors. </p>
<p><b>Job Functions</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Work closely with Productions Manager and Operating President to ensure proper personnel distribution, material delivery, and identify and implement solutions to potential jobsite/personnel problems before they arise.</li>
<li>Travel to and manage multiple jobsites to ensure adherence to all company policies regarding training, safety, and quality.</li>
<li>Ensure roofing installation is in compliance with manufacturer specifications and contractual obligations.</li>
<li>Utilize the proper roofing materials, equipment, and installation.</li>
<li>Prepare and maintain required paperwork and documentation.</li>
<li>Effectively communicate feedback to foremen regarding job performance.</li>
<li>Recruit, mentor, and retain a dependable and knowledgeable commercial workforce.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Knowledge, Skills &amp; Experience (Essential)</b></p>
<ul>
<li>5+ years related experience in onsite commercial roofing production/supervision</li>
<li>Technical knowledge on various roofing systems and manufactures – BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Basic knowledge of blueprint reading and specifications.</li>
<li>Ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence and policy documents, as well as converse comfortably with crews and superiors.</li>
<li>Ability to communicate and work with others and maintain good working relationships.</li>
<li>Willingness to travel and work flexible schedule.</li>
<li>Clean driving record and background to be able to work on public projects.</li>
<li>Lift up to 100 pounds.</li>
<li>Must not be afraid of heights and have the ability to work in various weather conditions.</li>

Working in a shop environment, this role receives hashboards and related components flagged for failure from Data Center Technicians and field operations, and serves as a go‑to technical resource and trainer for the wider repair team.</p><p>The Hashboard Repair Technician II must be able to diagnose problems on malfunctioning hashboards down to the component level, perform micro‑soldering and component‑level rework, and determine whether a board can be repaired or must be scrapped, often on the most complex or escalated failures. This job entails extensive hands‑on bench work, strong critical thinking to isolate root cause across complex circuit boards, and clear communication with co‑workers, junior technicians, and leadership regarding failure trends, training needs, and repair outcomes.</p>Key responsibilities include<ul><li>Trains, mentors, and provides technical guidance to Hashboard Repair Technician I staff, including hands‑on coaching in micro‑soldering, diagnostics, and component‑level repair technique.</li><li>Leads by example on the bench, taking ownership of the most complex, escalated, or ambiguous repair cases and coaching junior technicians through similar cases as they arise.</li><li>Reviews the work of junior technicians for quality and completeness, and provides constructive feedback to raise the skill level of the team.</li><li>Helps develop and refine training materials, repair standards, and workflow procedures for the repair center, and supports onboarding of new technicians.</li><li>Collaborates with the Manager, Repair Center Operations to optimize bench workflows, prioritize repair queues, and implement best practices across the team.</li><li>Diagnoses, tests, and repairs hashboards, including chip‑level, component‑level, and trace‑level failures, using critical thinking to isolate root cause rather than relying on board replacement alone.</li><li>Performs micro‑soldering and desoldering of BGA chips, hash chips, capacitors, resistors, inductors, and other small SMD components on hashboards.</li><li>Diagnoses and repairs power supply units (PSUs) and control boards (CBs), including component‑level troubleshooting and rework - strongly preferred skill set.</li><li>Performs troubleshooting to the component level, utilizing schematics, assembly prints, mechanical part drawings, and electronic test equipment such as DMMs, oscilloscopes, function generators, power supplies, thermal cameras, and hashboard test benches.</li><li>Tests and adjusts repaired hashboards, PSUs, and CBs to confirm they meet performance and hashrate specifications before return to service.</li><li>Documents and communicates failure analysis results; maintains accurate repair records and failure‑mode data to support continuous improvement.</li><li>Performs minor repairs and maintenance of production and test equipment.</li><li>Maintains accurate records and manages diagrams, manuals, schematics, and blueprints.</li><li>Follows site established housekeeping rules within the workshop area.</li><li>Behaves in a manner that ensures the safety of themselves, their team members, and others on the work sites.</li><li>Refuses all unsafe work and immediately reports all unsafe conditions and behaviors to their manager.</li><li>Reports incidents, injuries, and near misses and participates in the investigative process.</li><li>Assists other teammates when required.</li><li>Attends and participates in xEHS and safety committee meetings as scheduled.</li><li>Adheres to company policies, procedures, and directions regarding standard of workplace behavior in completing job duties and assignments.</li><li>Complies with the standards and procedures of Occupational Health and Safety regulations.</li></ul>ABOUT YOU<p><b>Education and Experience</b></p><p>Technical or vocational diploma in electronics, electrical engineering technology, or equivalent experience required. Minimum 3-5 years’ experience related to hashboard repair, electronics repair, or a similar bench repair field, including demonstrated progression beyond entry‑level (Technician I) work. Prior experience training, mentoring, or supporting the development of junior technicians strongly preferred.</p><p>Experience with embedded systems, ASIC‑based mining hardware (e.g., Antminer, Whatsminer, or similar platforms), and IT certification is an asset. Demonstrated experience repairing PSUs and/or control boards is a significant asset.</p><p><b>Knowledge, Skills, Abilities</b></p><p>Excellent tactile proficiency with small components, including advanced hands‑on micro‑soldering experience on densely populated boards, sufficient to train others.
