Job Description
<ul>
<li>Performs and documents accurate initial assessment per unit standard.</li>
<li>Observes and monitors patient lab work for trends and reports abnormal lab tests to the appropriate physician and obtains appropriate interventions.</li>
<li>Performs and documents ongoing patient assessment which accurately reflects patients' physical and mental status.</li>
<li>Develops, prioritizes, and documents a plan of care that is individualized and involves patient, family, and/or significant other in goal setting per unit standards.</li>
<li>Administers, adjusts, and monitors response to IV medication infusions and IV medications in a safe, competent and independent manner.</li>
<li>Responds and participates in unit and hospital code situations.</li>
<li>Assists the physician with the various bedside procedures performed on the unit, such as CVP placement, hemodialysis catheter insertion, thoracentesis, paracentesis, bone marrow biopsy and chest tube insertion.</li>
<li>Accompanies patients as assigned for transport to other facilities, hospitals, or procedures.</li>
<li>Demonstrates ability to administer medications as ordered.</li>

Responsibilities

<li>Design and evaluate stormwater management systems for residential, commercial, industrial, and municipal land development projects.</li>
<li>Perform hydrology and hydraulics (H&amp;H) modeling and drainage analysis for stormwater systems, detention/retention facilities, culverts, and storm sewer networks.</li>
<li>Prepare stormwater management reports, drainage studies, and engineering calculations.</li>
<li>Design storm sewer systems, detention basins, infiltration systems, and water quality Best Management Practices (BMPs.</li>
<li>Develop grading, drainage, and erosion control plans for site development projects.</li>
<li>Prepare construction plans, specifications, and technical documentation for civil infrastructure improvements.</li>
<li>Coordinate with municipalities, watershed districts, and regulatory agencies to obtain permits and approvals.</li>
<li>Utilize engineering software such as AutoCAD Civil 3D, HydroCAD, HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, WinSLAMM, or similar tools.</li>
<li>Provide engineering support during construction, including submittal review and contractor coordination.</li>

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Assist customers in the location and loading of product Review materials loaded against invoice or requisition; complete and route paperwork appropriately Move product/material throughout the yard ensuring placement in correct areas Ensure product/material is well stocked of inventory at all times Perform routine clean-up of yard Understand and observe all safety procedures and practices Provide superior customer service to internal and external customers at all times All other duties as assigned Experience Required: High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Six (6) months of experience with performing these or similar tasks; or equivalent combination of training, education and experience OSHA Forklift Certification (training is provided) and experience building frame packs Knowledge, Skills,</p>]]></description>
