Required Qualifications
</p>

<li>Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience</li>
<li>3+ years work experience leading teams in a multi‑unit retail, service, or operations environment with accountability for performance outcomes</li>

Position Description
</p>

<p>The Operations Engineer provides technical support and engineering expertise for the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of pipelines, compressor stations, measurement &amp; regulation (M&amp;R) facilities, and related midstream assets. As a field-based member of the operations engineering team, the Operations Engineer functions as the first-line technical support—supporting day-to-day operations, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and process safety requirements. This role collaborates closely with Field Operations, Engineering &amp; Construction, and other Asset Performance &amp; Innovation groups to drive operational excellence, continuous improvement, and the successful execution of asset management initiatives.</p><p>
Required Skills, Knowledge, And Experience
</p>

<li>3+ years supporting natural gas compressor stations (midstream oil &amp; gas preferred).</li>
<li>Working knowledge of pipeline, compressor station, and/or M&amp;R facility operations.</li>
